Project Manager

B-Built is looking for a driven Project Manager to join our expanding team, working on high-end cold storage projects across the Netherlands and Germany.

Your impact in our company

As our project manager, you bring real value through your entrepreneurial mindset, commercial and technical knowledge. Working closely with the directors and your own project team, you'll help define strategic project plans and ask the right questions to truly understand client needs.

In this role you will:

• Shape and steer the construction project based on the agreed strategy, working closely with architects, engineers, and the client.
• Ensure thorough preparation, smart procurement, and a tightly managed execution process. Inspire and lead your team to deliver high-quality results, safely and on time.
• Manage clients, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams so that all parties know what is expected.
• Monitor whether construction is in line with the project planning and manage changes quickly and clearly.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to keep everything under control.  Control budgets and provide monthly financial project reporting.
• Ensure that all construction activities are in line with applicable regulatory requirements

What are we looking for

• A relevant degree at a minimum of higher professional education level (HBO or equivalent);
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction management for industrial or commercial builds;
• Solid knowledge of planning, finance, and quality standards
• Strong strategic direction, communication and leadership skills and customer focus.
• Comfortable using MS Office and project software.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
