Our sustainability and environmental standards are implemented, managed, and monitored daily to minimize waste, achieve BREEAM Very Good certification, and enhance the overall work environment.
Sustainable by Design
High bay warehouses are inherently more sustainable. By building upward, they require less land and optimize space more efficiently.
With automated systems, efficiency is further enhanced. Without the need for forklift maneuvering space, every square centimeter is maximized. Additionally, cooling systems operate more efficiently, as they avoid the need to cool unnecessary areas.
Building Sustainably for the Future
At B-Built, sustainability is at the core of our commitment. We build to meet BREEAM standards (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method), which offer different levels of certification depending on the client’s specific sustainability requirements. These levels—ranging from Pass, Good, Very Good, Excellent, to Outstanding—ensure that our buildings meet or exceed environmental performance criteria tailored to each project.
While legal requirements form the baseline, BREEAM certification allows us to go beyond compliance, depending on the project's scope and the client’s needs.
This flexibility ensures that we achieve optimal sustainability outcomes, whether aiming to meet or exceed regulatory standards.
