Your Responsibilities
- Lead construction activities from planning to handover
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Monitor safety, quality, and timelines on-site
- Communicate progress with internal and external stakeholders
- Control site budgets and handle project reporting
- Identify risks and manage changes quickly and clearly
What You Bring
- Experience in construction management for industrial or commercial builds
- Solid knowledge of planning, safety, and quality standards
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable using MS Office and project software
- Fluent in English/Dutch
